By example, the Public Affairs Office of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) issued false statements and innuendo to discredit work which I did under contract with the previous National Public Auditor and Attorney General. Their statement was provided by an inexperienced & incompetent official who was recently the Governor of the Island of Kosrae.
The posting of discreditable info. against those who have exposed government abuse has been a pattern by prior FSM Officials. The intent was to shift the focus away from their misconduct while it continued to conceal government Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) in grants and subsidized funding by foreign countries.
The present President of the FSM was NOT one of those prior officials.
